A new day

As some of you might be aware our worker Anne has decided to move on after working with us for a long time.Anne has a new challenge working for Venture trust Scotland http://www.venture-trust.org.uk/ we wish Anne well and thank her for all her hard work .Anne worked very hard for us and helped us all to see that Open Door was something worthwhile.

We now have different set up with different people .Carol will work for us initially for less hours but hopefully building that up as the project grows. She will have two volunteers working with her.Anne Queen and June-Marie.We are hopeful that his team approach will find its feet and begin to take the project forward.I feel excited at the prospect of the team being able to move the project on to the next level (whatever that might be).My only regret is that we are not able to do this while Anne was here. But I guess in some ways that's the nature of pioneering a new work.

The new Guys start today after some handover work was done with Anne and them over the last few weeks. So here we go on the next part of our adventure with God and the people of Bridgeton
